FREE AT LAST!!! SDL came around a (mostly) sane way for implementing rotation events, so we can scrap all the workaround code that has been added to workaround it!! Adjust "sticky" fire (molotov) so it makes better fire pits, by making the kicks more regular, yet of random left/right. Tweak napalm slightly along same lines. Probably needs more balancing.
