Effectively, isSoundEnabled represents only sound effects and does not include music (and I have replaced the places where both are concerned with a logical combination of the two).

Note that IllGetYou being called every turn seems awkward. IMO they probably should be reserved for significant enemy action. Maybe played by team of heavily damaged or killed hog.
