Fix hedgehog being able to make walk/jump sounds before it was placed
If in hog placement phase you select Skip and then pressed the walk/jump keys, you heard sounds
although the hedgehog is not placed yet.

Hedgewars.png had a resolution more than twice as high as required; also fixed some (mostly obsolete) code that also contained a typo that would cause a warning/note in clang
